Presentation guidelines

Below are the presentation guidelines per presentation type.

Oral presentations

Prepare your slides as a PowerPoint file or a PDF and bring them with you to the conference or if you will attend the conference on-line, send us by e-mail (polviet@agh.edu.pl) no later than 16th October. On-site participants will need to load presentations onto the computer before session.

The time allocated for a presentation is 12 minutes, with a further 3 minutes allowed for discussion. Chairs will be instructed to stick to the time, so please remember this when you are preparing your presentation.

Poster presentations

Posters will be available on the conference website, so don't print them. Prepare them as a PowerPoint file or a PDF and send us by e-mail (polviet@agh.edu.pl) no later than 16th October.

During the poster session (18th of October, 16:00–17:30, A-0 building, Room 133, presenters on-site and on-line) there will be time where attendees will be able to communicate with the authors (on-site and on-line).

Please remember that at least one author per accepted paper must be registered and attend the conference to present their paper.
